After the sudden death of his mother, Juan takes to the road in his wheelchair to meet his cousin and niece, two not-so-close relatives who may now be his only surviving link to the world. The impulse that starts this journey is not clear to him at first, but the road reveals itself in time and colorful characters emerge to guide his mission. A simple story told from the margins of society, worth watching in company to understand that no achievement is undertaken alone. (RSA)
Rodrigo S. Aguilera was born in Buenos Aires in 1989: “During my theatrical debut at 3 years old, I destroyed my costume and sat on the edge of the stage crying. I changed the name of the school’s newspaper by mistake. I started traveling but the pandemic stranded me in Berlin. Poetry saves me all the time.” Rodrigo is part of the team at SINEMA TRANSTOPIA.
