Synopsis (Mirnasir and the Ill-favored Genie)

After escaping from a dreaded prison, Mirnasir finally discovers happiness when he finds a genie capable of granting his three wishes. The genie finds a way to accompany Mirnasir´s journey, but at the same time, needs to be incorporated usefully in the life of the master. Upon the master and his genie, a play with the perspectives on survival and the philosophy of life begins. This screening will mark the debut of the restored version of Mirnasir and the Ill-favored Genie. (AM)
