Léa Morin, the curator of our February series  Ya França Ya França, will give an informal talk on her work with archival material. Léa will focus on the research behind her recently published book,De quelques événements sans signification à reconstituer, about Moroccan filmmaker Mostafa Derkaoui’slong-forgotten 1974 film, About Some Meaningless Events; the editorial concept of the book concerning access to private and transnational archives; the websitehttp://cinema3.com/; and 2 short Polish films (8 minute screening).
