Four short films which share a common thread of movement: From a mother tongue failing to reach the next generation in the Sino-Khmer diaspora in France to Lao free-runners empowering each other within a changing society, two Viet Kieus (overseas Vietnamese) hailing from opposite sides of the world yet facing each other in a dream-like space to the humbling forces of nature in Myanmar.

Hoàng Trần Minh Đức graduated in Film and Stage Direction from Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinematography and is the director of the popular TV series 'Hoa Vương,' airing on HTV2 and VieOn.

Moe Myat May Zarchi is a filmmaker and audiovisual artist from Myanmar. She founded 3-ACT, a cinema organization that publishes cinema magazines and orgazines workshops and co-founded MATTER Audiovisual Lab, the first interdisciplinary and experimental art platform in Myanmar.
