Gemeinsam, resilient: Allianzen in selbstbestimmter Kultur- und Communityarbeit

Together, Resilient: Alliances in Self-Determined Cultural and Community Work

Korientation (Sun-ju Choi), BAFNET (Hyun Wanner), Schwarze Filmschaffende e.V. (Benita Bailey), Berlin Museum Projektleitung Erinnerungsort Kolonialismus (Ibou Coulibaly Diop), Tarek Massalme (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen)

This conversation explores how political and cultural work can be organised beyond large institutions, and what forms of self-protection, solidarity and collective practice are possible.

How can we protect our structures and our work with our communities at a time of scarce resources, restructuring of funding programmes, and increasingly mainstreamed and openly expressed racism? How can established structures in the district, and the spaces that are so important to communities, be secured for the long term? And what responsibility does politics have to protect, recognise and sustainably support these structures?
