As a site manager for a cleaning company, Heike spends her days absorbing complaints and negotiating between clients, management and cleaning staff. When tensions with a subcontractor come to a head, she is forced to confront the contradictions of an industry built on invisible labour and constant compromise. Kilian Armando Friedrich's drama, which premiered at the last Berlinale, offers a quietly devastating portrait of work, responsibility and the systems that leave everyone dissatisfied.
