Hear, Here explores how personal experiences and everyday movements are articulated through cinema, connecting individual narratives to broader sociopolitical contexts. This program delves into the intersection of personal emotions and public spaces, and invites us, the audiences, to listen differently—with our bodies, hearts, and imaginations.

In walk walk, we traverse contemporary Singapore, where walking becomes a dialogue with the city, others, and oneself. Where Do Ants Sleep At Night uses body language to express the feeling of alienation. Grounds of Coherence #1 weaves Mandarin, Arabic, and English to reflect on how sounds, gestures, and landscapes create shared worlds of meaning. Lastly, Girl of Wind follows a hearing-impaired girl who listens to the world with heightened awareness as she scales tall buildings with her bare hands. (CL)
