Pablo La Parra presents Antoine Bonfanti's sound recording of La charnière(1968) taken from a discussion on Chris Marker's À bientôt, j'espère (1968). Barbara Wurm and Stefanie Schulte Strathaus examine the legendary audience discussions that have taken place in the Berlinale Forum since 1972, referring to them as a rich but unexplored history of debate culture in cinema. Johannes Praetorius-Rhein showcases Südwestfunk's cinema programs (1946-1969) archived at the Goethe University Frankfurt.
