20 Years in Berlin: A Neighborhood Get-Together

Anyone who has spent a significant amount of time at Lindower Straße and hung out in the courtyard where SİNEMA is located knows our neighbours Jordi and Gloria. This year, Jordi, SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA’s beloved Hausmeister, who also goes by the moniker Llupe, celebrates 20 years in Berlin. Jordi, aka Vibe Operator, likes music. He also likes friends, good sound and the occasional excuse to gather everyone in one room. So he got a new sound system, which this Sunday gets its official premiere, just in time to celebrate Jordi’s 20 year Berlin sabbatical.

Together with Gloria, aka the Queen of Lindower, a longtime neighbour known for her warmth and infectious energy, Jordi will bring out the new sound system and mark the moment with an early afternoon gathering. Gloria will be cooking up some delicious Ghanaian food and bringing plenty of queen vibes to the party.
