Four young high school graduates from the city of Yaoundé have been accepted into the Université Scientifique du Sahel (CSS) and are looking forward to their studies at the ultra-modern university in the north of the country. But at the beginning of the new academic year, fellow students suddenly disappear, including the cousin of one of the group members. Together they decide to investigate, which leads them into the heart of Waza Park, where they are unknowingly confronted with one of the oldest archaeological mysteries in the history of Cameroon… (A)
Claye Edou, born in Djoum, Cameroon, worked as an accountant before founding the animation studio Cledley Productions in Douala in 2014. He made a film version of the popular Cameroonian fairy tale “The Broken Spoon”, which was shown in around 40 countries and won the award for best film at the 2018 Animation Film Festival in Abidjan.
