Taiwan Film Festival Berlin

Curated by Nils Steinmetz

Established in Berlin in 2017, the Taiwan Film Festival Berlin (tffBerlin) consistently aims to strengthen and expand the representation and participation of Taiwanese film in Germany and Europe. Introduced in 2024, the Young Talent Shorts Competition supports emerging filmmakers and highlights new voices within the Taiwanese filmmaking community, with a particular focus on filmmakers connected to the European diaspora. This year's edition takes place across two screenings, bringing a diverse selection of shorts to Berlin audiences. Follow our website or social media for the announcement of this year's selected films.
