How can cinema spaces move beyond a top-down approach to programming and instead build programmes with communities they serve? What forms of collaboration, shared decision-making, and collective authorship can challenge hierarchical models of cultural production? And how can cinemas become spaces where audiences, workers, artists, and local organizations actively shape the institution itself?

Day Two of Cinema of Commoning 3 will focus on participatory approaches to cinema-making and cinema-keeping, exploring strategies for collaboration, community accountability, and shared cultural ownership.
