Found Futures II: Brigada Archivología Chile / Exil DDR | Jordanian Friendship Society

In the second session of the Found Futures series Angelika Levi, representatives of the Federal Archives, Marcelo Morales Cortés (Cineteca Nacional de Chile) and Alejandra Carmona Cannobbio (Universidad de Chile) discuss the films and documents about Chile that have surfaced in the State Film Archive of the GDR and the Federal Archives, to establish knowledge between the very different institutions, and to develop new ideas and points of contact. The Jordanian Friendship Society investigates a number of films discovered in Amman, Jordan, and their connection to Soviet internationalist efforts during the Cold War.
